3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Submit all required documents in original or certified copies
• Notify us immediately of any changes in circumstances
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Maintain confidentiality of application details and processes

3.2 Compliance

Clients agree to:

• Comply with all applicable immigration laws and regulations
• Follow our professional advice and recommendations
• Attend scheduled appointments and interviews punctually
• Respect our staff and maintain professional conduct

4. Fees and Payment Terms

4.1 Service Fees

• All service fees are clearly outlined in our service agreement
• Fees are due as per the payment schedule agreed upon
• Government fees, third-party costs, and translation charges are additional
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified

4.2 Refund Policy

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once services commence
• Service fees may be partially refundable if application is withdrawn before submission
• Government fees and third-party costs are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of service cancellation
• Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days of approval

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

5.1 No Guarantee of Approval

Important: We cannot guarantee visa approval or admission to educational institutions. Immigration decisions are made solely by government authorities and educational institutions based on their criteria and policies.

5.2 Service Scope

• We provide consultation and application assistance only
• We are not responsible for changes in immigration laws or policies
• Processing times are estimates and may vary due to external factors
• We cannot control government processing delays or requirements

5.3 Third-Party Services

We may engage third-party service providers (translators, courier services, etc.) on your behalf. We are not liable for their performance or any issues arising from their services.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
• Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Client information may be shared with government authorities as required
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• Clients must also maintain confidentiality of our processes and methodologies

7. Liability and Indemnification

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Visa refusals or application rejections
• Changes in immigration laws or policies
• Delays in government processing
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Lost opportunities or financial losses
• Third-party service failures

7.2 Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vinzoy Immigration Services from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

• Provision of false or misleading information
• Non-compliance with immigration laws
• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Misuse of our services or advice

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and methodologies are our intellectual property
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse our proprietary information
• Our logo, trademarks, and brand names are protected
• Clients retain ownership of their personal documents and information

9. Termination of Services

9.1 Client Termination

Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

9.2 Company Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Client provides false or misleading information
• Client fails to pay fees as agreed
• Client violates these terms and conditions
• Client engages in inappropriate or illegal conduct
• Service continuation becomes impractical or impossible

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or emergencies
• Government actions, policy changes, or strikes
• Technical failures or system outages
• Embassy or consulate closures
• Transportation disruptions

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Mediation

Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiations and mediation.

11.2 Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

11.3 Complaint Process

Clients may file complaints in writing to our office address. We will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide resolution within 15 business days.

• Clients may opt out of marketing communications but must receive service-related updates
